How It Works

Recovering an item is simple and secure.

Report Lost

The owner submits a lost-item report with a Matrix No. or Staff No.

Report Found

A finder submits the details and photograph of the found item.

Verify Claim

The claimant enters the Matrix No. or Staff No. that matches the active lost report.

4

Admin Approval

The administrator checks and approves the ownership claim.
